The Military recognises the value of good planning, and in complex environments working with multi-national forces in high-threat situations, having planning processes helps to ensure plans are developed with risks, second and third order effects and contingencies all considered. The processes help to communicate the plans and help the interrogation of those plans too. I can help design and implement a process that will suit your organisation. I still practise planning whether through project management for organisations such as The Royal Foundation and Ministry of Defence, or for my personal property investments.
